Hello, I am Richard Hughes, an experienced integrative psychotherapist (Level 7 – UK Council for Psychotherapy accredited).

I offer weekly face-to-face and online psychotherapy sessions in Walthamstow, North East London.

My fee is £75 per 50 minute session. Mondays-Fridays 8.30am – 7.30pm

Integrative psychotherapy considers all the major theoretical modalities within a wider humanistic tradition. At its foundation is the idea that relationships – with ourselves and others – are key to well-being and change.

With that in mind, I work in a collaborative, conversational way, remaining open and curious about what emerges in our sessions. This can help develop new perspectives and purpose, whilst nurturing more meaningful relationships, accountability, communication, emotional intelligence, and a more reflective way of being.
