I am a UKCP-registered person-centred psychotherapist based in Islington, North London. I hold an MSc in Contemporary Person-Centred Psychotherapy from the Metanoia Institute.
Since 2018, I’ve worked across a range of community-based counselling services and have been in private practice since 2021. I work with a broad spectrum of client experiences, from those navigating acute destress to individuals seeking a dedicated space for creative exploration and personal growth. My approach is grounded in empathy, presence, and collaborative exploration, providing a non-judgmental space where clients can reconnect with their own strengths.
I maintain a strong clinical and academic interest in identity, belonging, otherness, and the ways in which social systems impact individual well-being. My research on the experience of metaphor in therapy was published in the peer-reviewed journal Person-Centered & Experiential Psychotherapies in 2023.
