Before training as a psychotherapist, my career spanned the corporate world, working as a Montessori nursery school teacher, and volunteering with Home-Start. Having experienced the profound benefits of therapy myself in my late 30s, transitioning into psychotherapy felt like a natural evolution—moving from nurturing children to supporting adults emotionally and practically. How We Work Together My approach is grounded in the belief that while we are all unique, we share common human desires: a wish to belong, to connect, to feel valued, and to be truly seen and heard. Therapy with me is a collaborative process where we look at what is happening in your life now, explore your past and childhood, and discuss your hopes for the future.
