I am a UKCP-registered psychotherapist with several years’ experience offering one-to-one therapy for adults aged 18 and over. I work both short-term and long-term, depending on your needs. Sessions take place in my therapy room in Haggerston/Dalston, Hackney, East London, or online.
My practice is grounded in the Person-Centred approach. At its heart is the belief that, deep down, you already hold an inner wisdom about what you need and what matters most to you. My role is to support and empower you to listen to your own inner world – including thoughts, emotions and your bodily felt-sense – so that clarity can begin to emerge.
For many of us, access to this inner knowing can feel blocked. Over time, we may have absorbed judgments, expectations, or messages from others that leave us feeling conflicted, unsure, or disconnected from ourselves. Therapy can offer a space to explore and work through these internal tensions.
I have experience working sensitively with numerous issues, including anxiety, depression, self-esteem, emotional neglect, grief, bodily experiences of pain and discomfort and more. But we can explore any issue, as each is unique to your personal experience and what it means to you.
I aim to provide a warm, accepting, and non-judgmental environment where you can feel safe exploring whatever is troubling you at a pace that feels right for you. Working together, we can begin to untangle what feels stuck, reconnect you with your inner sense of direction, and support you in moving towards the person you want to become.
