I am a UKCP-accredited psychotherapist based in London, offering therapy in person and online for clients across the UK and internationally.
As a person-centred therapist, I offer a warm, reflective and non-judgemental space where clients can explore their experiences at their own pace. I work relationally and collaboratively, with sensitivity to each person’s inner world, personal history and cultural context.
Alongside private practice, I have over 10 years of clinical experience working therapeutically with clients from diverse cultural and ethnic backgrounds across the NHS, research settings and counselling organisations. My academic background in social and cultural psychology also informs my sensitivity to cultural identity, belonging and the impact of social environments on emotional wellbeing.
I believe therapy is not about being judged, analysed or told what to do. Rather, it is a collaborative therapeutic relationship through which clients can feel more deeply understood, reconnect with themselves and move towards meaningful change.
