Therapy is my second career. I previously worked in marketing for large corporate organisations before deciding to retrain as a psychotherapist. This decision was shaped by my own lived experience of trauma, anxiety, grief, ADHD, and therapy, so I understand what it feels like to be overwhelmed, lost, or out of control and the courage it takes to seek support.
I take my professional competence and ethical practice very seriously. Since qualifying, I have continued to invest in my development, training in EMDR, Breathwork, and ADHD. This gives me a broad and flexible toolkit to meet each client’s individual needs. My six-month clinical placement with the NHS Maudsley Trust on the acute women’s mental health ward provided invaluable experience working with complex presentations, including personality disorders and suicidality.
I have worked within counselling charities in West London and Henley-upon-Thames and now run a private practice in Marlow. I am committed to ongoing learning and regularly attend advanced trainings and conferences to stay up to date with research, theory, and best practice, ensuring I can offer my clients the highest standard of care and support.
