Bio

You might be feeling overwhelmed, emotionally stuck, or unsettled in ways that are hard to put into words. Perhaps you’re managing on the outside while feeling disconnected, exhausted, or unsure of yourself on the inside. Whether you arrive at therapy with a clear sense of what you want to change, or simply a feeling that something isn’t quite right, I offer a supportive space to begin exploring this together.

Therapy can be a place to pause, reflect, and make sense of patterns that may be holding you back — such as self-doubt, repeating relationship dynamics, or feeling disconnected from yourself or others. Through a warm and reflective therapeutic relationship, we’ll explore what has shaped these experiences and consider new ways of relating to yourself and the world, supporting greater clarity, emotional resilience, and lasting change.

I am a qualified Psychotherapist and Psychotherapeutic Counsellor, also trained in EMDR therapy (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing). My integrative way of working is grounded in humanistic and existential therapy and shaped around you as a whole person, rather than a set of symptoms. This means paying attention to both your present experience and how past relationships and life events continue to influence you today.

I work with a wide range of concerns including anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, neurodiversity, relationship difficulties, and work-related stress. I bring curiosity, care, and presence into each session.

Alongside my clinical work, I am currently undertaking a PhD in Psychology at Masaryk University, where my research explores identity, emotional experience, and self-understanding in adults with ADHD. This is a subject I feel deeply passionate about, and my ongoing research continues to inform and enrich my therapeutic work, particularly with neurodivergent clients.

Before training as a psychotherapist, I spent over a decade working as a Global Director in a large international organisation. During this time, I took part in a Women in Leadership programme and later developed and introduced a mentoring scheme to support women in building confidence and leadership skills. This background informs my understanding of the emotional and relational challenges often found in high-pressure environments, including issues of visibility, self-belief, and identity. I remain passionate about supporting people to recognise their strengths and fulfil their potential.

Alongside individual therapy, I work with couples. Couples often seek therapy when they feel disconnected or stuck in painful patterns. My work with couples is relational and collaborative, offering a non-judgemental space to explore communication, needs, and relationship dynamics, with the aim of fostering understanding, emotional safety, and renewed connection.

I offer face-to-face sessions in Pinner (HA5 3EF) and Ruislip (HA4 7BT), as well as online sessions via Zoom.

If you are considering therapy and would like to explore whether we might work well together, you are welcome to contact me to arrange a free 15-minute phone consultation.

Thank you for taking the time to read about me. I would be glad to hear from you.
