I’m a UKCP-registered, Integrative Humanistic Psychotherapist with an MSc in Humanistic Psychotherapy from the Metanoia Institute, where I now also form part of the teaching team.
My approach is grounded in person-centred principles, drawing on Gestalt and Transactional Analysis. I offer a warm, compassionate and non-judgemental space where clients can explore their experiences, develop greater self-understanding and find their own way forward.
I work with adults experiencing a range of difficulties, including anxiety, depression, trauma, addiction, low self-worth and relationship difficulties. I have a particular interest in childhood experiences, family dynamics, shame and the lasting impact of growing up in emotionally challenging or traumatic environments.
I offer individual psychotherapy in Chelmsford, Essex, and online.
