I offer a warm, relational and integrative approach to psychotherapy, grounded in the belief that meaningful change begins through relationship. I work with adults and couples experiencing trauma, anxiety, depression, relationship and intimacy difficulties, grief, addiction, eating difficulties and life transitions.
My practice integrates Humanistic and relational psychotherapy with Gestalt, Transactional Analysis and Person-Centred approaches, alongside EMDR and psychosexual and couples therapy. I am particularly interested in developmental and relational trauma, attachment, and the patterns we develop to survive difficult experiences that may later leave us feeling stuck.
Rather than placing protocol before the person, I work collaboratively and with curiosity, creating a space where clients can understand themselves more deeply, process what has been difficult to carry, and develop more authentic and fulfilling ways of relating to themselves and others.
