I qualified as a humanistic psychotherapist 2 years ago from Metanoia, and since then have been working in private practice face to face in Chiswick or online.

My understanding is that the challenges that we experience in our lives now, have come about because of beliefs and ways of relating that we’ve learnt and held onto over the years. Sometimes these can hold us back and stop us from feeling good in our own skin.

I work with my clients to understand themselves better, to treat themselves with kindness, and to build the confidence to make helpful choices that serve them well.

My clients and I explore and discover, reflecting my humanistic training. We also talk about helpful techniques, for example, to manage anxiety, reflecting my practical nature.
