Hi, I’m Lucinda and I am a trained, trauma-focused integrative psychotherapist. I offer 1:1 individual therapy sessions and currently my practice is online. I am passionate about helping people and take great care in providing a warm, non-judgemental space. Being trauma-focused means that I am aware of how trauma can impact and shape our lives and how it can affect our present.
I have a Masters of Science and Clinical Diploma in Humanistic Psychotherapy and have completed various CPD’s that have assisted me in my career. I am registered with the UKCP and abide by their code of ethics. Given my practice is currently online, I use a GDPR protected program to ensure the safety of my clients and their information.
