Alessia Mitchell BA, MSc, PG Dip, MBACP (Accred) 

I am currently a school counsellor based at a secondary school in East London, alongside offering counselling in my private practice. I have previously gained experience in working with children and adolescents at a charity that offers online and telephone counselling to people aged 0 - 25. With my background in psychology and neuroscience, I have worked in the charity sector for many years, specialising in supporting and providing training to people affected by autism spectrum disorders (ASD) and Asperger Syndrome.

My integrative psychotherapy training has enabled me to work with variety of client issues and my approach is fundamentally humanistic, with a collaborative and person-centred focus. I am an accredited member of the BACP and adhere to their ethical framework and standards.
