Speaking of the receipt of her accolade, she said "It is an honour to receive the award, I feel deeply grateful for many people who have believed in and nourished me on my ongoing journey as a clinician and researcher.
I am very privileged to receive this award and believe it is my great responsibility to do my best, be creative and inclusive for people who are less able to access to mental health services."
