Mid Senior Academic Co-ordinator

Metanoia Institute is a busy and expanding organisation incorporating a wide range of academic programmes necessitating, dedicated administrative support which provides the key interface/contact with the student body to administer current and future courses offered by the Institute. Mid level Senior Academic Co-ordniator will contribute to the operation, administration and development of the Faculty and the Institute.

To administer current and future courses and any other courses offered by the Institute To contribute to the operation, administration and development of the Faculty and the Institute.

You will need very strong administrative skills at senior level in this key role in Academic Services. Recent and applied administrative experience gained in the higher education sector, you will have the ability to co-ordinate numerous tasks, work with a number of colleagues, respond quickly and accurately to requests and meet competing deadlines.

The Institute provides the below staff benefits and not limited to:

 

Annual Leave

Business Support Staff - On appointment (not including public holidays)

20 working days per year only for the first year.

After 1 years’ service - 25 working days holidays

At 5 years’ service - 28 working days

At 10 years’ + service - 30 working days.

 

Institute closure for 3 weeks for Christmas which is not part of the holiday entitlement.
