Dr Iwona Scollard
Dr Iwona Scollard joined the Metanoia Institute Team in September 2023 as a lecturer, tutor, and research supervisor. She is registered with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC), UKCP, and BPS. She is also a qualified supervisor.
In addition to her academic duties, she works as a Counselling Psychologist at Priory. She has a special interest in adult attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD). She also runs her own private practice.
Iwona graduated from the University of Social Sciences and Humanities (SWPS) in Warsaw, Poland, with a master’s in Clinical Psychology in 2004. She then completed her postgraduate teacher training. She continued to work in mental health before starting her doctorate in Counselling Psychology and Psychotherapy at Metanoia Institute.
Iwona’s research interests include political psychology, political polarisation, and its impacts on mental health, neurodiversity, and adult ADHD.
