Sam Carbon
Sam Carbon is a TA Psychotherapist and Clinical Supervisor, providing therapy for anxiety, depression, trauma, addiction, work related stress and cultural issues. She believes that growth and change is a collaborative effort between the client and therapist. She practices with a humanistic approach, which appreciates that people have their own unique way of making sense of the world.
Sam is particularly interested in how emotional and psychological challenges intersect with identity, such as gender dysphoria, racial trauma and issues around sense-of-self. She has been a primary tutor at TA East Institute since 2021.
She runs supervision groups and also works with corporates providing in-house therapy. She has authored two books: “Sons and Daughters: A View to Understanding Transgender Issues” (2017 and “The Little Self Esteem Workbook”.
