Ros continues to be joint lead for this service and provides ongoing supervision for Metanoia's school-based counselling team. Ros was also part of the Metanoia team, led by Peter Pearce, that, along with colleagues from BACP’s research and professional standards departments, wrote the National Curriculum for Counselling for Depression (CfD) (NICE recommended, evidence based person-centred counselling for depression) available as part of the government's IAPT programme. As part of this team Ros and colleagues provided and evaluated the first round of training in CfD nationally. Ros remains a supervisor and assessor for Metanoia's CfD Practitioner training. |
