Lorraine is a Senior Counsellor and Psychotherapist with long-standing managerial experience of providing counselling services within NHS, Educational, and Private & Voluntary Sectors.

Along with an extensive history as Trainer/Team Leader on Person-Centred and Humanistic Diplomas at Metanoia Institute and Nottingham Trent University, she now continues as a Programme Leader, e-Trainer and Supervisor on our in-house Person-Centred, and Counselling for Depression Programmes.

Lorraine's involvement in the Counselling for Depression programme, feeds her passion for developing access to Humanistic Counselling free at the point of delivery on the NHS and to support counsellors working in these areas. She concurrently runs a small private practice alongside her training roles.

Lorraine has a Mindfulness Practice, travels, dances and drums as ways to look after herself.
