Being able to align her own unique previous life and work experience actively and organically into her therapeutic practice has been central to the decision to pursue an educational & academic pathway. It was her work as a facilitator in the field of Equine Assisted therapy that led her to study further.

Denise combines her teaching with a private practice that continues to incorporate her passion for equine-assisted therapy. Her commitment to diversity and transcultural issues has been a vital and necessary theme throughout her working life.
