Claire Clancey 
Claire is a trauma informed humanistic integrative therapist based in Lincolnshire, where she has an online and in person private practice. Claire’s core training encompasses the Person Centred, Gestalt and Transactional analysis approaches, and she has further training in existential philosophy and psychotherapy and the psychodynamic approach. Claire qualified as a certified cyber therapist in 2014.
Claire’s work portfolio includes teaching across undergraduate and postgraduate programmes whilst being an online and phone (opt) lead at the Metanoia Institute.  Claire received BACP accreditation for one of Metanoia’s two opt accredited programmes in December 2023. Claire is an External Examiner for three counselling programmes at Manchester UCEN, which is quality assured by Sheffield Hallam University. This role includes offering an independent assessment of academic standards and quality of assessments for the University.   
Alongside her Psychotherapy studies, Claire is studying her PG Cert in HE, (Teaching and Learning in Counselling and Psychotherapy) which is due to be complete in the Summer/Autumn of 2025.
