Requirements for the Annual CPD Return
- Fully completed Annual CPD Form (current template available for download at bottom of page) – the form provides guidance on:
- modality specific supervision arrangements
- supervision to client ratios that need to be met.
- Proof of Professional Indemnity Insurance in the form of a valid certificate
- Confirmation of Professional Will (section 5 of CPD form)
- Evidence of CPD for a minimum of 20 hours including 7 hours modality specific CPD (modality specific CPD does not apply to the Integrative and Humanistic modalities)
- This can be in the form of certificates, receipts, invoices, and email verifications for training events attended. To see examples of acceptable CPD please click here.
- Confirmation of supervision arrangements for the reporting period to be digitally signed-off by your supervisor(s) in section 3 of the CPD form.
- Membership payment due from September-2022 onwards (£120) – see page 5 of the Annual CPD Form for methods of payment.
- Completed forms and all supporting documentation should be submitted electronically via email to membership@metanoia.ac.uk
