Key Compliance Information

Key statements and public information appear in alphabetical order below.

As an OfS Registered Provider, the Metanoia Institute regularly reviews this access and participation statement. It details Metanoia Institute’s commitment to continuously improving the rates of access, success and progression amongst groups where participation in higher education and entry to the counselling and psychotherapy professions remains low.

Under Condition F1 of the Office for Students (OfS) regulatory framework, higher education providers are required to publish data on student access, continuation, completion and progression. This is known as transparency data.
The purpose of this requirement is to provide clear, accessible information about how different groups of students experience higher education. By publishing this data, we support openness and accountability, helping prospective students, stakeholders and the public to understand outcomes across the student lifecycle.
This information also enables providers to identify and address inequalities in access and outcomes, contributing to a fairer and more inclusive higher education sector.

Financial statements for the Institute covering the last six years of activities are available in the About Us tab on our website but can also be accessed above.

The Metanoia Institute is committed to securing freedom of speech and academic freedom within the law, actively promoting free speech and thus ensuring that our students and staff can discuss and debate ideas freely. More information on how we approach this important work is contained within the Code of Practice above, including information on raising concerns.
