Student Wellbeing & Disability Coordinator

Job Title: Student Wellbeing & Disability Coordinator

Location: 13 North Common Road, Ealing, London

Team: Registry and Academic Services (RAS)

Salary: £38,400

Contract type: Permanent

Hours per week: 35 Hours (Full time)

Working pattern: Two days per week (minimum) in office/hybrid, regular Saturday working in the office is required with up to two Saturdays per month during term time.

 

About this role

You’ll be a support specialist, managing a small team of part-time advisors and working alongside them to provide support to students to promote their wellbeing and manage the impact of disabilities. This role involves offering expert advice, guidance, and signposting services to student to promote wellbeing and inclusivity within the Metanoia community. The role plays a vital part in fostering an inclusive and supportive campus environment where all students can thrive academically, socially, and emotionally. You’ll be responsible for continuous development of the student wellbeing and disability support service for Metanoia, ensuring our services are accessible, credible and high quality.
