Working pattern: Monday to Friday
About this role
We’re looking for an experienced and engaging People & Culture Adviser to support our colleagues with professional, credible, comprehensive and timely people advice.
You’ll advise managers and employees on the interpretation of terms and conditions of service, and on Metanoia Institute policies and procedures, ensuring consistency of practice across the organisation. You’ll develop trusted working relationships, build a strong understanding of the business, and support employee relations cases when required.
You’ll also have opportunities to support and deliver people projects. You’ll need an up-to-date knowledge of employment law and the ability to quickly understand workforce priorities. Experience within the higher education sector would be helpful, but is not essential.
