Hours: Full-time, with occasional evening/weekend work for events

Metanoia Institute is seeking a Memberships, CPD and Alumni Officer to join our Clinical Training and Business Development team.
This is a key role supporting our growing membership base, coordinating CPD events, and strengthening alumni engagement, all within a values-driven, inclusive, and academically vibrant community.
What you’ll be doing:

Supporting our members by maintaining accurate records, responding to queries, and improving the overall membership experience.

Coordinating CPD (Continuing Professional Development) events from booking venues and trainers to collecting feedback and ensuring quality standards.

Strengthening ties with Metanoia’s alumni through outreach, events, and communications.

Collaborating with teams across the Institute to ensure events, training, and services run smoothly and reflect our high standards.

Using data and insights to inform improvements and shape future engagement strategies.
What we’re looking for:

Excellent organisational and administrative skills, with a strong eye for detail.

Confident communicator with great interpersonal skills and a collaborative spirit.

Experience using databases or CRM systems to manage records and processes.

A self-starter who is solution-focused and comfortable managing multiple priorities.

A flexible and professional approach to occasional evening and weekend work for events.
Desirable but not essential:

Previous experience in a membership-based organisation or coordinating CPD/educational events.

Understanding of regulatory or accreditation standards in education or professional bodies.
