The course includes theoretical input, skills training, personal development and practical experience of working with clients. As well as following the clinical diploma route, students on this course can at the same time, opt to gain the MSc in TA psychotherapy, awarded by Middlesex University.

Students in the third year and above, can also opt to take the Metanoia Clinical Diploma in TA therapeutic counselling, which is gained via additional study days and a written and oral examination. (click on the link in the left hand navigation panel for further details of this course)

Students graduate from the TA psychotherapy course through successful completion of the Certified Transactional Analysis (CTA) examination, which is accredited by the European Association of Transactional Analysis (EATA).
