| Description of Practice | I offer long and short term psychotherapy for individuals and couples experiencing a wide range of emotional difficulties in their lives. This may include bereavement, loss, relationship difficulties, work related problems or upsetting emotional states such as depression, anxiety, phobias, panic, anger, experience of suicidal feelings, eating/sleeping problems and psychosomatic symptoms.
I practice both in English and Portuguese.
