To hold appropriate professional indemnity insurance and provide details of cover held.

FOR ASSOCIATE AND AFFILIATE MEMBERS
- To read the Metanoia Codes of Ethics and Professional Practice and undertake to abide by them. To hold appropriate professional indemnity insurance and provide details of cover held.
METANOIA’S UNDERTAKINGS
Metanoia Institute undertakes to hear complaints and appeals under its Codes of Ethics and Professional Practice.
Metanoia Institute has the right to refuse to place an individual on the register.
Metanoia Institute has the right to remove any member from the register as a result of a recommendation to that effect arising from proceedings under its Codes of Ethics and Professional Practice.
Metanoia Institute has the right to remove any member from the register as a result of a sanction by another professional body.
Individuals are placed on the register and removed from it by a Registration Board consisting of the Heads of Department, the Chair of the Ethics Committee and the Chair of the Management Committee.
