All students and graduate practitioners who are seeing clients must hold professional indemnity insurance as part of Metanoia's Membership crtieria.

Everyone is required to complete a Record of Professional Insurance form and confirm one of the following statemetns.

• You already carry professional indemnity insurance for the period covered by the year starting 1st September 2012 (for example, cover arranged through a broker or BACP).
• You will not be practising as a counsellor or psychotherapist at any time during the year starting 1st September 2012.
• You will only be practising as a counsellor or psychotherapist within a named organisation (whether paid or voluntary is immaterial) that covers your personal professional liability.
