Associate and Affiliate Members

Counsellors and Psychotherapists who wish to apply for Associate and Affiliate Membership should download the forms below and return to Kate Fromant at Metanoia Institute.

Renewal of Membership for Lapsed Graduate Members

If a Metanoia graduate member has allowed their membership to lapse for an extended period we require the member to provide documentary evidence of their CPD. In addition, if the member also wishes to register with UKCP through Metanoia we will require evidence of their continuing suitability to be registered by Metanoia.

The following documentation will be required:

• Completed Metanoia Membership Form and fee.
• Annual CPD summary for each year of lapsed membership.
• Five–yearly re–accreditation paperwork (where the member is registered with UKCP through another MO and has completed re–accreditation since qualification).
• Current supervisor’s report/reference
• Certificate evidencing current membership of MO (e.g. ITA).
• Current UKCP Certificate

Your application will be forwarded to the Head of the Department for review and submitted to the Academic Committee for approval.

There is a fee of £75.
