Post Qualification Doctorates

Applicants must have undertaken a formal training in psychotherapy, counselling psychology or counselling, for example demonstrated by UKCP, BACP or equivalent membership. They will also need to show that they have both substantial experience as a practitioner (for example demonstrated by work over a number of years) and the ability to demonstrate academic competence (for example a relevant degree, written work or research).

Applicants for the Doctorate in Psychotherapy by Professional Studies must attend a briefing seminar.

Applicants for the Doctorate in Psychotherapy by Professional Studies and teh Doctorate in Psychotherapy by Pubilc Works must attend an assessment interview.
